Eventz Home is an integrated marketing and brand activation agency based in New Delhi, India. We have been working with brands since 2015 across corporate events, BTL activation, digital and influencer marketing, store design, printing and gifting, and OOH media.In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Eventz Home. "Website" means eventzhome.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Website and in our work with clients, and what we do with it.

We collect only the information we need. It comes in three ways.Information you give us. When you fill in the enquiry form, call us, send an email or message us on WhatsApp, you may share:- Your name, company or brand name- Email address and phone number- The service you need, city, event or campaign date and budget range- Any details you write in your messageInformation collected automatically. When you visit the Website, our servers and tools may record your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you open and the time you spend on them.Information from the Google Business Profile. If you leave a review on Google, that review is public on Google and is governed by Google's own terms. We may show the rating and review count on the Website.

We use your information to:- Reply to your enquiry and call you back- Prepare plans, cost sheets, quotes and proposals- Plan and run the events, activations and campaigns you hire us for- Keep the Website secure, working properly and easy to use- Meet our legal, tax and accounting dutiesWe do not sell your personal information. We do not use it to send you unrelated advertising.

The Website uses services from other companies. They may receive technical information such as your IP address when your browser loads their content:- Google Fonts, to display our fonts- Google Maps, to show our office location- Google Business Profile, to show our rating and reviews- WhatsApp, when you tap the chat button- Our website hosting, security and email providersThese companies have their own privacy policies. We do not control how they use information.

We share personal information only when it is needed:- With vendors and partners who help deliver your project, such as production, printing, logistics and media partners, and only the details they need- With service providers who host the Website or send our email- With government or legal authorities when the law requires itWe ask the people who handle your information on our behalf to keep it confidential and use it only for the job.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to reply to you, to deliver work you have hired us for, and to meet legal and accounting requirements. After that we delete them or make them anonymous. You can ask us to delete your information earlier, as explained below.

We use reasonable security practices to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. These include access controls on our systems and secure connections (HTTPS) on the Website. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

The Website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Please check it now and then. Using the Website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
